Do you deliver Australia-wide? Yes. We work with customers across Australia and can arrange delivery to most locations, including regional and rural areas. Delivery costs vary depending on your site location and access requirements.
Can I customise the design? Absolutely. Many of our cabin designs can be customised to suit your lifestyle, budget, site conditions, and intended use. Our team can help tailor layouts, finishes, and features to create the perfect solution.
Do I need council approval? Council requirements vary depending on your location, land zoning, and intended use of the cabin. We recommend checking with your local council, and our team can help guide you through the approval process where required.
What's included in the price? Our standard pricing includes the prefabricated building kit, engineered structural frame, insulated wall and roof system, windows and doors, internal wall and ceiling finishes, flooring, kitchen cabinetry with quartz benchtop, bathroom fixtures, pre-installed electrical wiring, plumbing provisions, and manufacturing. Delivery, site preparation, footings, installation, utility connections, council approvals and associated site costs are not included unless otherwise specified in your quotation. Every project is different, so we'll provide a detailed quotation clearly outlining exactly what's included, any optional upgrades, and any additional costs specific to your project.
