We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
For major failures, you may choose a refund or replacement.
For minor issues, we will repair the problem (or replace/refund if repair is not reasonable).
We also offer a 1-year limited warranty from delivery for defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications. Please note: orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started or custom materials have been ordered.
