A two-level timber retreat concept with living space below, an upstairs sleeping zone and a stepped terrace. BILYA takes its name from the Noongar word for river, reflecting the waterside character of the original design.

• Original footprint: 51.2 m².

• Ground floor lounge, bathtub, bathroom and under-stair sitting area.

• Integrated stair leading to an upstairs bedroom.

• Stepped upper terrace and generous openings connecting the cabin to its surroundings.

Indicative price

A$100,000 per cabin for initial planning. Final design, inclusions, freight, site works, installation and local approval requirements will be confirmed in your project quotation.
