The catalogue lists two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living area and a kitchen, with a reference total area of approximately 95.2 m². The gallery shows the ground floor, an upper bedroom zone and deck areas. Your agreed design will set out the final internal and outdoor areas.

PTH works directly with designers and manufacturers to coordinate well-designed, quality materials and components at accessible package prices. Prefabricated supply can also bring more work into the coordinated supply stage, helping simplify on-site assembly and reduce work on your property compared with a traditional build. The exact scope, site costs and installation approach depend on your chosen design and site; we can discuss timing and responsibilities before you commit.
Planning your budget
The indicative supply-package price is A$220,000; this is the package price, not a turnkey total. Your quotation confirms the chosen layout, size, finishes and supplied items. Delivery, approvals, site preparation, foundations, local assembly, installation, utility connections and other site-specific work may add to the total, so plan these alongside the package to understand your complete project budget.
What you receive
The reference specification includes a steel structure, insulated wall and roof systems and double-glazed aluminium windows. Your quotation confirms the selected linings, flooring, doors, kitchen, bathroom and upper-level components, plus any agreed outdoor supply.
Inclusions and exclusions
All inclusions are subject to the final contract.
Council approval applications, application fees and approval submission drawing packages are not included.
Unless expressly included in the final contract, the price excludes site investigations and site-specific engineering; site preparation, earthworks and foundations; on-site assembly and installation; plumbing, electrical and other utility connections; transport and delivery; crane hire, unloading and placement; and decks, verandas, stairs, balustrades and landscaping. You arrange and pay the qualified local consultants and contractors required for this work.
Appliances and pictured furniture are excluded unless otherwise stated in the final contract.
