Imagine a quiet morning in a home that feels like yours. A place to make breakfast, enjoy a little privacy and welcome the people you love. Ngura creates room for a new chapter, whether you are bringing family closer, seeking greater independence or planning a retreat of your own.
Why Ngura?
Independence, with connection. A separate home gives family members or guests their own daily routine while keeping time together close at hand.
Less space to manage, more life to enjoy. A compact footprint offers a considered option for people who want their own home without taking on a larger house.
Make it feel like yours. We can customise the layout and size to suit your needs, your site and the way you want to live. Share your preferred room arrangement, dimensions and finishes with us so we can explore the right fit. Customisation is subject to feasibility, engineering and approval requirements, with the agreed design confirmed in your quotation and final contract.
Choose the layout that suits your life
NGURA One offers one bedroom and a more generous open living area. Consider this option if your everyday priority is space to relax, dine and move around the shared room, with one separate bedroom meeting your sleeping needs. It provides a starting point for a single person or couple who would rather give more of the compact floor area to daily living than to a second enclosed room.
NGURA Two offers two separate bedrooms, with a more compact shared living area. Consider this option if you need separate sleeping rooms, space for visiting family or an enclosed room to use as a study. Think about how often the second room will be used and whether the remaining living and dining arrangement will comfortably support your daily routine.
Both options are approximately 38 m². Suitability for your intended use depends on the site and necessary approvals.
Compare the floor plans with your furniture and belongings in mind. Mark the bed and dining-table sizes you want, the storage you need and the routes between rooms. Check door swings and space to open cupboards or drawers. The extra bedroom in NGURA Two trades some shared living space for another enclosed room; NGURA One gives more space to the shared living arrangement. Confirm cabinetry, room dimensions and supplied items in your agreed design and quotation.

Less site work, more from your budget. NGURA's prefabricated, foldable light-steel structure is designed for quicker, simpler assembly, with less construction work and labour on site. This can help reduce installation labour costs and bring you closer to moving in sooner. Your builder confirms the installation scope, timing and costs for your property.
Insulated PU sandwich wall panels and double-glazed aluminium windows help support indoor comfort. The final specification should suit your site and climate.
